7-8 | Boiled Potatoes |
1tsp | cumin seeds |
Salt to taste | |
1tsp | red chilli powder |
1tsp | haldi powder |
1tsp | coriander powder |
5-6 | basil leaves |
1 bowl tamarind water Little Shan chicken tikka masala Little Shan tandoori masala | |
A pinch | Shan chaat masala |
Coriander for garnishing | |
Oil for frying |
Method:
1. Cut the boiled potatoes into big pieces.
2. In a wok, put a little bit of oil, then add basil leaves, zeera, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder.
3. Fry for a few minutes, then add tamarind water and keep frying for 2 minutes.
4. Add the potatoes and make the desired gravy consistency.
5. Sprinkle chicken tikka masala, kebab masala and chaat masala.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
