Cut the boiled potatoes into big pieces. 2. In a wok, put a little bit of oil, then add basil leaves, zeera, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder. 3. Fry for a few minutes, then add tamarind water and keep frying for 2 minutes. 4. Add the potatoes and make the desired gravy consistency. 5.
