Scalloped Potatoes

2 cups | cubed cooked ham |
6 cups | thinly sliced potato |
1/4 cup | finely chopped onion |
1/3 cup | flour |
2 cup | milk |
3 tblsp | fine bread crumbs |
1 tblsp | butter, melted |
2 tblsp | finely snipped parsley |
Place half the ham in 2 quart casserole. Cover with half the potato and half of the onion. Sift half the flour over, season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining. Pour milk over. Mix crumbs with butter. Top with parsley. Bake covered 350 degrees until potatoes nearly tender 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. Uncover bake 15 more minutes. Serves 6-8.
