Preparo

1. Descasque e pique as batatas. Reserve.

2. Refogue a cebola e o alho em uma panela funda, com azeite.

3. Ponha as batatas e a água. Deixe ferver por 30 minutos. Tire do fogo.

4. Ponha as partes sólidas no liquidificador, com uma concha da água da fervura. Bata. Junte o restante do líquido e bata. Peneire.

5. Devolva à panela, junte a couve cortada em fatias finas (à julienne) e o chouriço cortado em fatias. Leve ao fogo por 10 minutos. Acerte o sal o sirva.
