DIP - Smokey Southwest Cheese Dip

Smokey Southwest Cheese Dip Serves: 6-8 Ingredients | |
1 cup | Sour Cream |
1 cup | diced or shredded Smoked Gouda |
¾ cup | shredded mild cheddar |
¾ cup | shredded provolone |
½ cup | chopped fresh cilantro |
1 small can | yellow corn, drained and rinsed |
1 small can | black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 clove | garlic, minsed |
pinch | salt |
pepper | |
¼ cup | thinly sliced green onion |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together well
Place into a 9" casserole dish
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and melty
