2Rincez et égouttez les pois chiches. Émincez l&apos;oignon rouge.
3Dans un saladier, émulsionnez le vinaigre et l&apos;huile. Salez et poivrez légèrement.
4Ajoutez les lentilles, les pois chiches et l&apos;oignon émincé et saupoudrez le tout du Mélange Malin Mexicain de Ducros. Mélangez intimement tous les ingrédients. Ajoutez quelques brins de coriandre fraîche et servez.
