Préparations
Dans un bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients jusqu&apos;à l&apos;obtention d&apos;une consistance de pâte brisée (pâte à tarte) et laisser reposer 24 heures au réfrigérateur.

Rouler la pâte en rondins, tailler des morceaux à l&apos;aide d&apos;un couteau et les déposer au fur et à mesure sur une plaque enfarinée.

Cuire dans une casserole d&apos;eau bouillante salée de 2 à 3 minutes ou jusqu&apos;à ce que les gnocchis remontent à la surface. Servir avec votre sauce tomate préférée.

Au service : arroser d&apos;un filet d&apos;huile d&apos;olive, parsemer de basilic et saupoudrer de ricotta salata ou parmesan.
