Tortilla Soup

    1 med  onion chopped & sautéed
    1 can 15 1/2 oz  chicken broth
    1 can 15 1/2 oz  beef broth
    1 can  tomato soup
    1 can  rotel tomatoes and chilles
    1 can 16 oz  chopped tomatoes
    1 can 6 oz  white chunk chicken
    1 tsp  chili powder
    1 tsp  cumin
    1 tsp  pepper
      Tortilla chips
      Grated cheese, ( cheddar/jack)

Add onions to canned ingredients and spices and heat we'll.
Crumble chips in bottom of bowl before serving. Top with cheese and then pour heated soup in.

Can top with more cheese, guacamole, sour cream, etc.

I usually increase chicken.
