Tortilla Soup

1 med | onion chopped & sautéed |
1 can 15 1/2 oz | chicken broth |
1 can 15 1/2 oz | beef broth |
1 can | tomato soup |
1 can | rotel tomatoes and chilles |
1 can 16 oz | chopped tomatoes |
1 can 6 oz | white chunk chicken |
1 tsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | cumin |
1 tsp | pepper |
Tortilla chips | |
Grated cheese, ( cheddar/jack) |
Add onions to canned ingredients and spices and heat we'll.
Crumble chips in bottom of bowl before serving. Top with cheese and then pour heated soup in.
Can top with more cheese, guacamole, sour cream, etc.
I usually increase chicken.
