<RecipeText>Mix melted butter, olive oil, onion,garlic,Dijon mustard and parsley in a bowl. Cross cut the loaf of Italian bread making sure not to cut through the bottom. Spread the mixture between the cuts. Wrap the bread in foil sealing and bake 15 -20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve. Rip apart and enjoy.
