Stuffed Italian Bread

1 loaf | Italian bread |
1 stick | melted butter |
1/8 cup | olive oil |
3 tsp | minced onion |
2-3 cloves | grated garlic |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
3 tsp | chopped parsley |
12 oz | grated cheese- cheddar and Monterey Jack |
Mix melted butter, olive oil, onion,garlic,Dijon mustard and parsley in a bowl. Cross cut the loaf of Italian bread making sure not to cut through the bottom. Spread the mixture between the cuts. Wrap the bread in foil sealing and bake 15 -20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve. Rip apart and enjoy.
