2 sticks | butter |
1 8 oz package | sharp grated cheddar cheese |
1.5 packages | hash browns, (about 42 oz) |
2/3 lbs | velvety cheese |
2 cups | milk or half n half |
Thaw out hash browns and mix them up. Melt the butter, velvety cheese, milk, and sharp cheddar cheese, then pour over the potatoes - do not stir. Let set for one hour on counter, then bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Should serve 12 people.
