Chocolate Krinkles

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups White Sugar
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Icing Sugar
4 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
4 Large Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Method:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time until
well blended. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt
into the oil mixture. Chill for several hours or overnight. Heat
oven to 350 Degrees F.. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in sugar.
Shape into balls. Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie
sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Yield - 6 Dozen
