<RecipeText>Combine bourbon, sugar, mustard, garlic, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire. Heat in sauce pan &amp; whisk. Heat and allow to come up to a boil. Reduce &amp; simmer 8-10 minutes or til mix reduces by half. Let set rapt room temp while salmon cooks. Season salmon with salt/pepper on both sides. Place on non-stick baking sheet. Broil 5-6 minutes on each side til top develops crispy crust. Remove and brush with glaze.
