Bourbon Glazed Salmon

1 Tblsp | coarse sea salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
3/4 c. | Bourbon |
2/3 c. | Brown sugar |
1 garlic clove minced | |
1 tsp | Apple Cider Vinegar |
1 Tblsp | Worcestershire |
1 Tblsp | honey |
1/2 tsp | ground mustard |
Combine bourbon, sugar, mustard, garlic, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire. Heat in sauce pan & whisk. Heat and allow to come up to a boil. Reduce & simmer 8-10 minutes or til mix reduces by half. Let set rapt room temp while salmon cooks. Season salmon with salt/pepper on both sides. Place on non-stick baking sheet. Broil 5-6 minutes on each side til top develops crispy crust. Remove and brush with glaze.
