<RecipeText>Éplucher finement l&apos;oignon
Éplucher les asperges et les découper en tronçons tout en isolant les pointes.
Plonger tous les tronçons dans le bouillon chaud, rectifier assaisonner et faire cuire +/- 10 minutes.
Récupérer les têtes et laisser cuire le reste sans couvrir pendant 10 minutes.

Faire suer l&apos;oignon sans le colorer dans un peu de beurre, ajouter 1 à 2 cuillères de farine, mouiller avec le lait, le bouillon et les asperges.
Porter à ébullition pendant +/- 10 minutes
Poivrer

Mixer le tout, ajouter la crème fraîche et rectifier l&apos;assaisonnement.

Servir avec des peluches de jambon et de cerfeuil.
