Anschliessend 2-3 Std abkühlen lassen. 2) Belag Lauch, Pilze, Zuccini in 50g Butter andünsten. Sahne, Milch, Eier, Käse, Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat zusammen unter ständigem Rühren erwärmen, bis der Käse schmilzt. (Darf nicht kochen, sonst stockt das Ei) Teig in Form oder auf ein Blech auswellen.
