    2 Tbls  Active Dry Yeast
    2 Cups  Warm Water
    5 Cups  Sifted Bread Flour
    4 Tbsp  Canola Oil
    2 Tsp  Salt
    1 Tbsp  Honey

In mixer with dough hook place Water, Yeast, Oil and Honey. Wait 10 minutes until foamy. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, mixing till incorporated. On medium speed knead dough in mixer for 10 minutes. Cover and rise for 1 hour or until doubled knead for 2 minutes. Separate into portions. Wrap and store unused portions in fridge. Roll out for thin crust or stretch for fluffier crust bake at 475f top rack for 15 min. Makes 2 medium pizza.
