<RecipeText>In una ciotola fonda, mettere tutti gli ingredienti (tranne l&apos;olio e il succo di limone) e passarli insieme con il mixer.
Prendere il composto e sistemarlo a mo&apos; di salame su un foglio di carta forno, arrotolar in modo stretto per dargli la forma, rivestire la carta da forno con la pellicola trasparente (?), e far bollire il polpettone in acqua per 15-20&apos;.

In una ciotolina sbattere con la forchetta l&apos;olio con il succo di limone con un pizzico di sale. Aggiungere una manciata di prezzemolo tritato e lasciar riposare.

Togliere il polpettone dalla pentola, farlo raffreddare, liberarlo dalla carta forno e dalla pellicola (?) e lasciarlo freddare completamente, prima di affettarlo.

Affettare il polpettone, disporlo nel piatto di portata, e condire con la salsa di olio e limone.
