Mix 1/4 c cheese and almonds, set aside Dust tilapia with flour, shake off excess and dip in egg mixture and press into cheese/almond mixture. (2) Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat-cook tilapia until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Cover and cook about 5 minutes.
