Almond Crusted Tilapia

1/2 | egg |
1/4 tsp | lemon pepper |
1/4 tsp | garlic pepper |
1/4 c | ground almonds |
1/4 c | fresh grated Parmesan cheese |
2 (6oz) | tilapia |
1tbs | four |
2 tbs | butter |
1/4 c | fresh grated Parmesan cheese |

Beat egg, peppers, set aside.
Mix 1/4 c cheese and almonds, set aside
Dust tilapia with flour, shake off excess and dip in egg mixture and press into cheese/almond mixture.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat-cook tilapia until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Cover and cook about 5 minutes.
(3) serve with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges..
