<RecipeText>1. Coat crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water into cooker and mix well, cover cook in low for 7-8 hours
2. Transfer into serving bowl solid contents
3. Turn cooker in high. Separately combine the water and cornstarch and stir until smooth. Add to cooking liquid and cook for 15 min. Spoon over beef and veg when thick.
