<RecipeText>Lava e asciuga la mela, dividila ed elimina il torsolo con lo scavino tondo. Tagliala a fettine sottili e spruzzala di limone perché non annerisca.
Sciacqua per 10 secondi la feta sotto l&apos;acqua corrente per eliminare il sale. Asciugala con un foglio di carta assorbente da cucina e tagliala a cubetti.
Grattugia le carote con una grattugia a fori grossi.
Suddividi nei piatti il radicchio, la feta e la mela e unisci gli acini d&apos;uva, divisi e privati dei semi.
Tosta il sesamo in un padellino antiaderente coperto, per pochi secondi, finché scoppietta. Versalo sulle insalate, poi condisci con olio e sale.
