Preparate una polenta gialla
Stendetela a un&apos;altezza di 2 cm;
Quando si sarĂ  raffreddata ricavatene dei rettangoli che appoggerete una vicino all&apos;altra in una teglia oliata .
Distribuitevi sopra il pomodoro a pezzetti e la fontina a scaglie sottili, insaporire con un pizzico di sale e terminate aggiungendo un abbondante trito di basilico e un pizzico di aglio finemente sminuzzato.
Mettete le fette di polenta in forno caldo (200&apos; C) e lasciatevele fino a quando la fontina si sarĂ  sciolta.
Servite ben calde sopra un tagliere.
