<RecipeText>Lavare bene le albicocche, aprirle a metà e togliere il nocciolo. Inserire la farfalla. Versare nel boccale il vino, un pezzetto di buccia di limone e le albicocche; 15 min a 100 vel 1.
Toglietele e fate raffreddare.
Nel boccale versare lo zucchero rimasto, la farina, il burro, le uova e il latte; frullare 20 sec vel 4.
Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo di ceramica da forno, versare il composto e posizionare le albicocche una alla volta distanziate e sgocciolate dal loro liquido di cottura. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180 per 20 minuti circa.
