Mix together well. Add 4-5 cups of confectionary sugar slowly. Have a about 1/4 cup of milk handy. add milk alittle at a time to find the consistancy you want. for piping you might want it a litte stiffer. for spreading a little looser. so just adjust your sugar and or milk.
