2 T | Yeast |
1 tsp. | Sugar |
--Beat well-- | |
2 | Eggs |
--Add-- | |
1 T | Honey |
Brown Sugar, alternative | |
3/4 c. | Oil |
2 tsp. | Salt |
2 c. | Warm Water |
4 c. | Whole Wheat Flour |
Beat until elastic. Add 3 - 3 1/2 cups more of whole wheat flour. Let rise one hour, punch down and let stand 15 minutes. Form into buns and put on greased pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. by Auntie Tilly
