Filling
    9 lbs  stewing beef,, (or roast cut up)
    5 lbs  cubes pork
    3 lbs  chicken cubed
    2 lg  onions cubed
    5-6  potatoes cubed
      Salt
      pepper to taste
    About 2 tbsp  salt, optional
    2 boxes  chicken broth
      Dough
    5 cups  flour
    1 lb  lard
    1 cup  water
      Salt
    3 tbsp  baking powder
    2-3  eggs,, (to consistency)

- Mix 3 types of meat with salt, pepper, onions + potatoes
- Mix all dough ingredients together, roll out and place in thick roasting pan or cast iron pot
- Fill the crust with meat mixture.
- Pour chicken broth over top of meat mixture to cover just before baking
- Put a top crust on and cut a loonie size hole in top of crust

- bake at 275 for 6-7 hours, the top crust will be golden brown
