<RecipeText>Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drain cooked beans and pour seasoning mixture over top: toss to coat. Heat through.

Make-ahead variation: Transfer beans to a baking dish after tossing with seasoning mixture. Combine ¼ cup dry bread crumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over top of beans. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
