Garlic Green Beans

16 oz. | frozen green beans,, (I like to use extra fine green beans from Aldi), cooked until crisp-tender |
2 Tbsp. | olive oil |
1 Tbsp. | cider vinegar |
2 tsp. | dried minced onion |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
3/4 tsp. | salt |
1/8 tsp. | pepper |
Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drain cooked beans and pour seasoning mixture over top: toss to coat. Heat through.
Make-ahead variation: Transfer beans to a baking dish after tossing with seasoning mixture. Combine ¼ cup dry bread crumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over top of beans. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
