Banana Ginger Pear Cereal

|1 T||ground flaxseed|
|1 T||hemp flour|
|1/2 T||roasted carob powder, (or cacao nibs)|
|1/2 T||grated fresh ginger|
Slice banana into bite-sized pieces. Core pear and slice into bite-sized pieces. Pit and cut date into small pieces. Chop almonds into desired size. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir. Top with Hemp Milk or Rooibos Almond Milk.
Variation: Add 1/2 c sprouted buckwheat or quinoa.
