<RecipeText>1 - Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef. Cook and stir until browned. Drain and discard excess fat. Transfer to 5-quart CROCK-POT slow cooker.

2 - Add tomatoes with juice, beans, onions, corn, bell pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and oregano. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
