De tørre svampe lægges i varmt vand i mindst 30 minutter.

Kyllingelårene paneres i Maizena og brunes i en gryde i olie, evt. af et par gange, tages op.

Vand og bouillon koges op i gryden sammen med pressede hvidløg, finthakket ingefær, sojasauce, sherry i ca. 5 minutter. Derefter tilsættes ekstra maizena sammen med lidt koldt vand. Lad stå i nogle minutter - dette er den jævnede sauce.

Kyllingelårene lægges i en kasserolle, tilsat skiveskåret forårsløg, svampe og den jævnede sauce; kog i ca. 45 minutter i ovn på 180 grader C.
