Preparazione:

Sciogliere il burro a temperatura su fuoco basso senza farlo bollire, e poi farlo raffreddare.
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti su un piano da lavoro o nella ciotola ed impastare bene. Stendere una sfoglia sottilissima e tagliare tante strisce.
(Io le ho fatte più doppie di come dovrebbero essere, mi piacciono più morbide)
Ricavare poi dei rettagoli, a piacere si possono intagliare nel centro e girarli ,
facendo passare un bordo dentro il taglio. Friggere in abbondante olio bollente, mettere su carta assorbente e spolverizzare con zucchero a velo.
