Hot Crab Dip

Melt on low heat in saucepan: | |
2 (8 ounce) packages | cream cheese |
1/2 pint | sour cream |
few drops | milk |
2 to 3 teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | Old Bay seasoning |
Fold in: | |
1 pound | crab, lump or backfin |
8 ounce | grated cheddar, mild or sharp |
Bake att 350° for about 15 minutes.
Hollow out a large round italian loaf of bread. Cutting the removed parts into chunks. Place on baking sheet and place in 450° oven until lightly toasted.
Pour hot crab dip into bread bowl, sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese and old bay on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melted.
