| ½ cup | flour |
| ¼ teaspoon | salt |
| ½ teaspoon | baking powder |
| 2 tablespoons | sugar |
| 2/3 cup | milk |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3 tablespoons | butter |
Preheat oven to 425?F.
Mix ingredients and put in pyrex pie pan.
Bake at 425?F until done, about 20-25 minutes. (Watch carefully, Carme and I are guessing on the time).
