<RecipeText>PREPARAZIONE
In una casseruola fate fondere il burro, unite l&apos;indivia lavata e tagliata a rondelle, la zucca tagliata a fettine, salate e bagnate con il brodo bollente fino a coprire il recipiente.

Abbassate la fiamma e fate cuocere per 15 minuti. Disponete 2 fette di pane nero sul fondo di 4 pirofile, cospargete con il formaggio fresco e con un mestolo forato, scolate le verdure dal brodo e formate uno strato.

Distribuite una manciata di pecorino grattugiato, versate il brodo e mettete in forno a 200° per 5 minuti circa, fino a doratura. Servite subito.
