<RecipeText>1) Sciacquate accuratamente le lenticchie e cuocetele per 20 minuti nel brodo vegetale con qualche grano di pepe, l&apos;alloro e la cipolla. Quindi scolatele e conditele con 3 cucchiai di olio, una presa di sale e una macinata di pepe. Affettate finemente i finocchi e uniteli alle lenticchie.

2) Appoggiate i branzini dalla parte della pelle su una teglia coperta con carta da forno. Tritate i semi di finocchio e miscelateli con un po&apos; di sale e di pepe. Oliate i pesci dalla parte senza pelle e copriteli con il trito di semi e con le mandorle.

3) Cuocete i pesci per 15 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180. Serviteli caldi con l&apos;insalatina di lenticchie e finocchi.
