<RecipeText>1) Tagliate le fette di bacon a bastoncini e rosolateli in una padella antiaderente a calore moderato per 2-3 minuti o quanto basta a far sciogliere il grasso; scolateli e asciugateli su carta assorbente per eliminare l&apos;unto in eccesso.

2) Dividete la pasta in 4 pezzi, stendete un pezzo alla volta sulla spianatoia infarinata inizialmente con il matterello e poi con le mani, in modo da ottenere 4 ovali lunghi circa 30 cm e larghi 12 cm.

3) Lavate bene le patate sotto l&apos;acqua corrente, strofinandole con una spazzolina per eliminare ogni traccia di terriccio, asciugatele e affettatele sottili con una mandolina o con una grattugia a lama larga.

4) Cospargete la placca del forno con un po&apos; di farina, adagiatevi sopra i 4 ovali preparati; distribuitevi sopra le fettine di patata, spennellate ogni pizza con un cucchiaio d&apos;olio, salate, pepate e completate la guarnizione con gli aghi di rosmarino, il bacon e il grana grattugiato con una grattugia a fori grossi.

5) Cuocete le pizze in forno gia caldo a 220 gradi per 15 minuti circa o fino a quando saranno diventate dorate. Servitele caldissime.
