<IngredientText>1) Dissalate le acciughe sotto l&apos;acqua corrente, togliete le lische e spezzettatele. Mettete in una capace ciotola la mozzarella e il pecorino tagliati a dadini e insaporiteli con un pizzico di origano, una presa di sale e un&apos;abbondante macinata di pepe. Stendete la pasta sulla spianatoia infarinata e ricavatene due di schi, uno piu grande dell&apos;altro. Ungeteleggermente di olio una teglia rotonda di 24 cm di diametro e stendetevi il disco di pasta piu grande, in modo da rivestire fondo e pareti del recipiente.
2) Distribuite la polpa di pomodoro sulla pasta, coprite con i formaggi a dadini e adagiatevi sopra il disco di pasta rimasto. Punzecchiate la superficie con i rebbi di una forchetta, sigillate i bordi della pizza premendo con le dita e irrorate la I superficie con un I filo di olio. Mettete in forno gia caldo &apos; a 180? per 25 minuti, fincne la pizza sara leggermente dorata . Servitela calda o tiepida, a piacere.

Preparazione
Pulite 400 g di pomodori maturi, privateli dei semi e tagliateli a pezzetti. Quindi cuoceteli per 5 minuti, a fiamma vivace, con 1 spicchio di aglio mondato e 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva. n Aggiungete, a fuoco spento, 50 g di olive verdi snocciolate e affettate a rondelle, 200 g di tonno sott&apos;olio scolato e spezzettato, 30 g di capperi sotto sale ben sciacquati e 2 acciughe sotto sale dissalate e tagliate a pezzetti. Salate e pepate. n Dividete 500 g di pasta di pane in 2 parti, una il doppio dell&apos;altra, e stendete la piu grande in una teglia rivestita di carta forno. Riempite con il composto preparato, sovrapponete il secondo disco di pasta e sigillate i bordi. Spennellate con 1 tuorlo e cuocete per 20 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 220 ?C.
