Preparazione
Lavorate con la punta delle dita 250 g di farina, una presa di sale, 120 g di burro a dadini per ottenere un impasto a briciole. Unite un uovo e impastate per formare una palla liscia; avvolgetela in pellicola e mettete in frigo per almeno 30 minuti.

Dosi per 400 g di pasta.

Detta impropriamente frolla salata (la frolla e solo dolce), e una pasta ricca e friabile,ideale per torte aperte, crostatine e tartellette.
