<RecipeText>La filmata passo per passo

1) Mescolate la ricotta con meta dello zucchero a velo per circa 5 minuti, fino a ottenere una crema soffice e spumosa. Incidete la stecca di vaniglia per il lungo, prelevate i semini e amalgamateli alla ricotta.

2) Riunite gli albumi in un&apos;altra ciotola, aggiungete un pizzico di sale e montateli ben sodi con le fruste elettriche, aggiungendo poco alla volta lo zucchero a velo rimasto. Uniteli delicatamente al composto di ricotta.

3) Versate il caffe in una ciotola o in una fondina, passatevi rapidamente i savoiardi da entrambi i lati e disponeteli in file ordinate in una pirofila di 20 per 26 centimetri, in modo da ricoprirne tutto il fondo.

4) Stendete meta crema di ricotta sui biscotti e ripetete i due strati. Coprite la pirofila con pellicola da cucina e fate riposare in frigo per un&apos;ora. Prima di servire, spolverizzate il dolce con il cacao.
