Uniteli delicatamente al composto di ricotta. 3) Versate il caffe in una ciotola o in una fondina, passatevi rapidamente i savoiardi da entrambi i lati e disponeteli in file ordinate in una pirofila di 20 per 26 centimetri, in modo da ricoprirne tutto il fondo. 4) Stendete meta crema di ricotta sui biscotti e ripetete i due strati.
