<RecipeText>Preparazione
Soffriggo mezza cipolla affettata in un tegame di coccio con 3 cucchiai di olio per 2 minuti. Aggiungo 300 g di carne di manzo tritata e 200 g di salsiccia spellata e sbriciolata e le rosolo a fuoco vivo, mescolando. Salo, pepo, bagno tutto con 2,5 dl di vino rosso (tipo Cabernet) e lo lascio consumare del tutto. Verso 8 dl di passata di pomodoro, copro, abbasso la fiamma al minimo e cuocio per un&apos;ora circa, mescolando. Lesso 320 g di spaghetti, li scolo al dente e li metto nel tegame; verso ancora 2,5 dl di vino (lo stesso usato per il ragu) e lascio saltare tutto insieme per qualche istante; condisco con un filo d&apos;olio, un po&apos; di grana e di prezzemolo e servo subito.
