Aggiungo 300 g di carne di manzo tritata e 200 g di salsiccia spellata e sbriciolata e le rosolo a fuoco vivo, mescolando. Salo, pepo, bagno tutto con 2,5 dl di vino rosso (tipo Cabernet) e lo lascio consumare del tutto. Verso 8 dl di passata di pomodoro, copro, abbasso la fiamma al minimo e cuocio per un'ora circa, mescolando.
