<RecipeText>-Bring noodles to a boil. Add oil. Boil noodles until tender. Don&apos;t over cook!
-Drain noodles and return to pot. In a separate pan, fry onion, cabbage, black pepper and 1/2 stick of butter until browned.
-Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
-Mix noodles, remaining butter, browned onion, cabbage mixture, and kraut in pot and heat until butter is melted.
Tip: slow cook for 3-4 hours three night before and reheat the next day in a slow cooker before serving.
