<RecipeText>1) Rosola i funghi.
Cuoci i funghi ancora surgelati o freschi e tagliati a pezzi nella padella con l&apos;olio e l&apos;aglio spellato e schiacciato per circa 5 minuti a fuoco vivo. Unisci un pizzico di sale, mescola e spegni la fiamma. Elimina lo spicchio d&apos;aglio e spolverizzali con il prezzemolo. Scalda il forno a 200 gradi.

2) Cuoci la polenta.
Mentre prepari i funghi, porta a ebollizione 1,5 l d&apos;acqua nella casseruola. Aggiungi 1 cucchiaino di sale, abbassa la fiamma e versa a pioggia la farina di mais , mescolando in continuazionecon un cucchiaio di legno, per evitare la formazione di grumi. Cuoci a fuoco medio per circa 8 minuti, continuando a mescolare.

3) Prosegui la preparazione.
Imburra la pirofila rotonda, togli la crosta alla fontina e tagliala a pezzetti. Sguscia le uova in una ciotola e sbattile con una forchetta insieme al latte, un pizzico di sale e pepe.

4) Completa il piatto.
Versa la polenta pronta nella pirofila e livellala con il dorso di un cucchiaio. Distribuisci sulla superficie i funghi e i pezzetti di fontina. Copri il tutto con il composto di uova e latte e metti nel forno caldo a 200 gradi. Cuoci il tortino per circa 15 minuti. Portala in tavola e servila, tagliata a spicchi.
