<RecipeText>Preparazione:
Fare imbiondire l&apos;aglio affettato sottilmente e privo di camicia con l&apos; olio e aggiungere i pomodorini tagliati a metà
Cuocere per dieci minuti aggiungendo a fine cottura l&apos;origano ed un po&apos; di sale; tagliare a fette di 1/2 cm. di spessore la mozzarella tenuta preventivamente 12 ore in frigo, affinché si asciughi, disporre le fette nel sughetto e rigirarle, badando che filino e non si sciolgano.
Servirle coperte del sughetto di cottura.
