1 - Pulite con cura le seppioline, sciacquandole a lungo sotto acqua corrente; tenete da parte le vescichette con il liquido nero e tagliate il resto a listerelle.

2 - Lavate i pomodori, eliminate i semi e tagliateli a cubetti.

3 - In un tegame fate appassire nell&apos;olio la cipolla e l&apos;aglio tritati per 2 minuti, aggiungete le seppioline e quando sono ben rosolate, dopo circa 4 minuti, sfumate con il vino bianco. Aggiungete il pomodoro a dadini, le vescichette e proseguite nella cottura per 15 minuti, aggiustando di sale e pepe. Cuocete gli spaghettini in abbondante acqua salata per alcuni minuti, scolateli al dente e conditeli con il sugo al nero di seppia.
