Préparation :

Préchauffer le four à 200°C (thermostat 6-7).

Faire revenir les champignons émincés dans le beurre avec l&apos;échalote hachée.

Disposer la pâte dans un moule de taille moyenne et la recouvrir de champignons, de crevettes et de moules.

Fouetter les oeufs avec la crème, assaisonner de citron, de sel et de poivre puis verser sur la tarte.

Enfourner pour 30 minutes de cuisson.
