4 bababas (peeled and sliced) 4 tablespoons of rum (optional) 4 tablespoons of orange juice 2oz ginger biscuits (crushed) 1 1/2 oz soft brown sugar.
1) place the liced bananas in a dish. 2) Mix the rum and ornage juice together and pour over bananas. 3) Cover dish and cook in microwave for 4 mins. Serve at once with cream or custard or icecream.
