<RecipeText>In una terrina lavorare lo zucchero e il sale con il burro fino ad ottenere una crema. Quindi unire ed amalgamare una alla volta le uova, aggiungere la farina e la fecola e far lavorare l&apos;impasto così da ottenere un composto omogeneo
Unire la cannella ed il sambuca. Infine amalgamare il lievito
Trasferire il composto nella teglia e livellarla con un cucchiaio
Disporre le mele a raggiera e l&apos;uvetta
Cospargere la superficie della torta con lo zucchero di canna
Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 35 minuti o fino a cottura ultimata
