<RecipeText>1.  Process garlic, lemon juice and next 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.  Rub garlic mixture over steaks, and place in a shallow dish or a large ziploc bag.  Cover or seal, and chill 2 hours.

2.  Preheat grill to 400-500 degrees (high) heat.  Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.</RecipeText>
